Join us for an intimate evening at UMA where you’ll get a glimpse behind-the-scenes and immerse yourself in the atmospheric surroundings of our award-winning restaurant.

Arrive at Más Vino Wine Bar where the fun begins. It’s here where you’ll partake in a Pisco Sour Masterclass while sharing charcuterie and cheese over good conversation. Allow our team to make you UMA’s signature cocktail, the Pisco Sour, before you journey onto UMA. You’ll be taken on a tour through the kitchen before settling into a ceviche masterclass where you’ll learn how to make the perfect Peruvian Ceviche and see the intricacy and skill that goes into perfecting one of Peru’s finest delicacies.

To conclude the experience, a Peruvian feast is on the menu; come ready to indulge in one of the world’s finest cuisines with beautiful wine pairings. And lastly, to make your evening sweeter, each of your guests will take home one of UMA’s most-loved desserts, Alfajor, and recipe cards so you too can host a Peruvian Dinner. Vamos!
