At UMA, we are just as passionate about our food as we are about sustainability and conservation. From our locally sourced produce and waste-conscious menus, our commitment to the environment is evident in all that we do.
We serve line-caught sustainable seafood, so if it wasn’t caught yesterday, it is not on the menu today. Our meat is ethically sourced and hormone-free. Our menus are acutely attuned to the seasons and take inspiration from the very best produce supplied by local farmers and fishermen.
