At UMA, we are just as passionate about our food as we are about sustainability and conservation. From our locally sourced produce and waste-conscious menus, our commitment to the environment is evident in all that we do.

We serve line-caught sustainable seafood, so if it wasn’t caught yesterday, it is not on the menu today. Our meat is ethically sourced and hormone-free. Our menus are acutely attuned to the seasons and take inspiration from the very best produce supplied by local farmers and fishermen.

Our Sustainable Tourism Accreditation recognises our commitment to responsible hospitality, from caring for our environment and supporting local communities to fostering staff wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
