Hosted by UMA’s talented Chef, this experience (min four guests) takes you on an exciting and interactive journey of Peruvian food and culture.

Join us for an intimate evening at UMA where you’ll get a glimpse behind-the-scenes and immerse yourself in the atmospheric surroundings of our award-winning restaurant.

The experience will start as you are taken on a tour through the kitchen before settling into a ceviche masterclass where you’ll learn how to make the perfect Peruvian Ceviche and see the intricacy and skill that goes into perfecting one of Peru’s finest delicacies.

Then, a Peruvian feast awaits, as you come ready to indulge in one of the world’s finest cuisines and beautiful wine pairings.

  • Commence on a tour through the kitchen

  • Partake in a Ceviche masterclass conducted by our Head Chef, and enjoy a ceviche tasting
