Join us for an intimate evening at UMA where you’ll get a glimpse behind-the-scenes and immerse yourself in the atmospheric surroundings of our award-winning restaurant.
The experience will start as you are taken on a tour through the kitchen before settling into a ceviche masterclass where you’ll learn how to make the perfect Peruvian Ceviche and see the intricacy and skill that goes into perfecting one of Peru’s finest delicacies.
Then, a South American feast awaits, as you come ready to indulge in one of the world’s finest cuisines and beautiful wine pairings.
